The EX 6.5 also features the same frame and shock as last year’s EX-8 (with cartridge bearings at all pivots). It also has the multi-featured Recon fork offering 130mm of travel. This, when combined with the Fox Float RP2 rear shock, allows a truly harmonious front and rear suspension set-up. A mix of Shimano Deore components, Avid Juicy hydraulic discs and clipless pedals help round out a great trail bike which would also be ideal for the growing number of 24hr races held in the UK.
